To Submit to the Yearbook Snap App

1. Download Yearbook SNAP! Google Play / Apple
Store
2. Search for Haller Middle School & Enter: hms (case
sensitive)
3. Select the Baby Topic and upload your image
4. You only need to upload ONE photo.
5. In the Notes type in your students name *Make sure
you do this
6. Enter your name and email
7. Submit, and wait for the ‘Image Upload Complete’ notification
8. You’ll receive an email notification once successfully submitted

Submit to the Yearbook Snap Website

1. Visit YearbookForever.com and search for Haller Middle School
2. Enter the code: hms (case sensitive)
3. Select the Baby Topic and your image.
4. You only need to upload ONE photo
5. In the Notes type in your students name *Make sure you do this
6. Enter your name and email
7. Submit, and wait for the ‘Image Upload Complete’ notification
8. You’ll receive an email notification once successfully submitted
