Rental Information for the BPAC

The Byrnes Performing Arts Center has an on-line scheduling system that must be used in order to rent the facility. We schedule on a yearly basis only. Our scheduling process is open to the public for the new season on an academic calendar year from the 1st of April through February. For example, if you would like to book a date in the month of December 20XX, you would need to schedule AFTER April 1, 20XX. You will be able to request dates during the closed period, but they will not be approved or denied until after the 1st of April. All Arlington Public Schools events will take precedence over our outside users during the closed period. We are located on an Arlington Public School campus so are governed by their regulations and rules.
